Bluegill: The bluegill are starting to spawn, so watch for big shallow bluegill. Any soft plastic or live bait will work for you as long as you are casting near beds.
Catfish: Braidwood and Lasalle Lake have both been doing amazing for blue cats and channel cats. Skipjack herring and shad have been the two best baits for any kind of catfishing.
Walleye: A ton of reports at Heidecke lake for some good walleye. Guys are throwing cranks and jigging for some good size fish.
Crappie: Still some fish being caught, but its starting to slow down. The fish that are being caught have been quality size though.
Bass: Tons of bass being caught pretty much anywhere you go. Craw imitation lures have been the ticket to larger females.
